Gary Marlow
Director
I began my career as a PE Teacher and have always had a desire to continually train, learn and develop. I am a Level 3 Forest Schools instructor with many years’ experience with working with all age groups. I am also a Community Responder and University of Brighton Sports Alumnus of the Year award Winner.
I have around 20 years’ experience developing award winning programmes through Marlow Sports and Woods for Learning. Over that time I have helped influence tens, if not hundreds of thousands of young adults across the Sussex area through coaching, teaching, training, mentoring teachers and volunteers.
I have a real specialism in working with those that have additional needs.
Our Big School Camp team has a wealth of experience and knowledge that can help support all students develop.
Tom Lowrie
Director
I have been working as a PE teacher in Brighton and Hove for ten years. Through this I have direct experience in working with secondary and primary aged children across Brighton & Hove.
I have also worked with a wide range of companies offering children experiences and opportunities in outdoor activities across Sussex for nineteen years, working with children from all age groups, needs and abilities.
I am a firm believer that all children, regardless of background or special needs, deserve the right to be given the same experience and opportunities. This is why I believe that Big School Camp can help deliver these life experiences to all children.
The Big School Camp concept is designed to allow all schools the opportunity to deliver these experiences to 100% of their students by making it truly affordable.

Our staff are selected from all round the UK and beyond, every single one comes with their own unique skill that enhance the learning for children. All staff have DBS, First Aid and a range of differing qualifications from Bushcraft, to qualified teachers, Mountain Leaders, Mental Health First Aid and many others
